The food

Handmade pasta with sauces built from scratch — vodka, marinara, pesto, a Bolognese that takes the morning. Chicken, veal and seafood prepared the classic ways: francaise, piccata, marsala, parmigiana. Eggplant rollatine. Seafood over linguine.

Most dishes can be made gluten-free on request. A few cannot — anything breaded — and we would rather tell you that than serve you something we are not certain of.

Getting here from Princeton

Head north-east on Route 27 out of town, through the university side and past the canal. We are on the right as you come into Kingston, about four miles and ten minutes from Nassau Street.

Catering for Princeton

We cater departments, offices and parties across Princeton — half trays that feed eight to ten, full trays that feed sixteen to twenty, sandwich platters, salad bowls and dessert trays. University and Carnegie Center orders usually go out before eleven so the food is set out for a noon meeting.
